Scholarship Timeline
- Candidate Registration: September 9 - October 31, 2024
Registration is done via a data collection link. BCA will send a list of registered candidates for verification by the student affairs division. - Administrative Selection: November 1 - 5, 2024
Candidates who pass administrative selection will receive invitations for the next test via their registered email. - Assessment Test (Online) & Pre-Recorded Interview: November 12 - 14, 2024
- Estimated Announcement: December 20, 2024
- Development and Training Program: January - December 2025

A one-year personal development program.
General Eligibility Criteria
- Indonesian citizen.
- Active undergraduate (S1) students in their 3rd semester from Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) or designated public universities.
- Not currently receiving other similar scholarships.
- Maximum age of 22 years and unmarried.
- Demonstrates social awareness and a strong commitment to learning.
- Actively involved in committees or organizations (except for the "Non-Academic Achievement" scholarship category).
- Not working full-time and not under a service bond with any other institution/foundation.
- Committed to participating in all program activities for one year.
- Meets the "Specific Criteria" of one of the BCA Bakti Scholarship categories.
- Passes all stages of the BCA Bakti Scholarship selection process.
Scholarship Categories and Specific Criteria
Financial Aid Category
Offered to high-achieving students who face financial difficulties in completing their education or are at risk of dropping out.
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 (Semesters 1-2).
- Submit a recommendation letter certifying financial difficulty from the local RT/RW (neighborhood head).
Academic Achievement Category
Offered to students with academic excellence, such as competition/academic awards, organizational/committee experience, recognition/publications, or other academic achievements.
- Minimum GPA of 3.25 (Semesters 1-2).
- Submit supporting documents for academic achievements.
Non-Academic Achievement Category
Offered to students with talents and non-academic achievements, such as awards in sports, arts, culture, environment, or humanitarian activities with a positive impact on society.
- No minimum GPA requirement.
- Submit supporting certificates/documents for non-academic achievements and a talent video.
