Scholarship Timeline

• Registration: July 23 - August 4, 2024
• Administrative Selection: August 5 - August 11, 2024
• Interview Selection: August 12 - August 18, 2024
• Objection Period: August 19 - August 31, 2024
• Final Announcement: September 1, 2024

Scholarship Requirements

• Undergraduate (S1/D4) students in the 5th semester of regular programs at BAZNAS partner universities.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
• Not currently receiving a similar scholarship from another institution.
• Complete all required documents.
• Fulfill at least one of the following criteria:
  • Priority Majors in STEM fields: Computer Science, Professions (Medicine, Psychology, Nursing, Pharmacy), Engineering, Accounting, Statistics, and Communication.
  • Priority Majors in Sharia Fields: Preferably Islamic Economics and Islamic Law.
  • Achievements: Possess national and/or international achievements (preferably those recorded in the National Achievement Center (Puspresnas) of the Ministry of Education and Culture).
  • Entrepreneurship: Own a personal business that has been operational for at least 6 months.
  • Activities: Serve as an administrator in a student organization (at least at the departmental level) or a youth/community organization.

Required Documents

• Recent color passport photo.
• National ID card (KTP) and Family Card.
• Latest GPA transcript.
• Recommendation letter from a community leader, mosque administrator, or BAZNAS at the district/city level (choose one).
• Scholarship applicant’s declaration letter.
• Essay on the theme "My Contribution as a Zakat Generation."

Scholarship Benefits

1. Tuition Fee Subsidy (UKT) of up to IDR 3,000,000 (three million rupiah) per semester, directly paid to the partner university’s account under the student’s name.
2. Personal Development through mentoring sessions with BAZNAS scholarship mentors.

Scholarship Duration

The scholarship is awarded for 4 semesters, starting from the 5th semester to the 8th semester, or until the student graduates if graduation occurs before the 8th semester.
