Scholarship Timeline

Scholarship Categories and Criteria

1. Outstanding Students

• Age Requirement: Maximum 24 years old at registration.
• Academic Requirements:
  • Minimum GPA: 3.5.
  • Enrolled in an undergraduate (S1) program.
  • Currently in the 3rd to 5th semester.
  • Minimum TOEFL score: 500 or equivalent.
• Additional Requirements:
  • Recommendation letter from the university.
  • Statement letter confirming no other scholarships.
  • Motivation letter in English detailing the reasons for applying and future career plans.

2. Underprivileged Students

• Age Requirement: Maximum 24 years old at registration.
• Academic Requirements:
  • Minimum GPA: 3.25.
  • Enrolled in an undergraduate (S1) program.
  • Completed at least 40 credits (SKS).
  • Currently in the 3rd to 5th semester.
• Additional Requirements:
  • Recommendation letter from the university.
  • Statement letter confirming no other scholarships.
  • Motivation letter in Indonesian detailing the reasons for applying and future career plans.
  • Certificate of financial hardship (SKTM) issued by the local village office or municipality.

3. 3T Area Students (Underdeveloped, Frontier, Outermost Areas)

• Age Requirement: Maximum 24 years old at registration.
• Academic Requirements:
  • Minimum GPA: 3.25.
  • Enrolled in an undergraduate (S1) program.
  • Completed at least 40 credits (SKS).
  • Currently in the 3rd to 5th semester.
• Additional Requirements:
  • Recommendation letter from the university.
  • Statement letter confirming no other scholarships.
  • Motivation letter in Indonesian detailing the reasons for applying and future career plans.
  • Attach a copy of ID card (KTP) or Family Card (KK) proving residence or birthplace in a government-designated 3T area.
