USU PR- The Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (Kemenkop UKM) of Indonesia, in collaboration with the Research and Innovation Development Agency of the University of North Sumatra (BPRI USU), organized a Demo Day as part of the 2023 Startup Capacity Enhancement Program. The event occurred at the Grand Antares Hotel on Tuesday(03/10/2023).This activity represents a collaboration between the Deputy for Entrepreneurship and BPRI USU, facilitated by the Assistant Deputy for Information Technology Development and Business Incubation of the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (Kemenkop UKM).The participants of the Demo Day event are novice entrepreneurs or potential startup owners selected through the Tenant Selection process and have undergone the Bootcamp and Coaching Clinics I-VII activities conducted in partnership between BPRI USU and Kemenkop UKM Indonesia.In her address, representing the Rector of the University of North Sumatra (USU), Prof. Dr. Poppy Anjelisa Zaitun Hasibuan, S.Si., M.Si., Apt, who serves as the Vice-Rector III for Research, Community Service, and Cooperation, expressed that this event presents an opportunity for startup owners at USU to enhance their capabilities and businesses."Hopefully, the direction of these startups will lead to their growth, allowing new startups from USU to emerge in the national and international arena in the future," stated Prof. Poppy.Demo Day continues the previous activities, including Tenant Selection, Bootcamp, and Coaching Clinics.Furthermore, Prof. Dr. Poppy Anjelisa Zaitun Hasibuan, S.Si., M.Si., Apt, explained that during this event, startups will present their business plans, products or services, target markets, funding needs, and funding objectives to potential investors through pitch deck sessions.“This activity process takes approximately a year. So later, USU student products will be commercialized digitally to attract interest from potential investors in startup businesses," explained Prof. Poppy.This initiative is driven by the issuance of Law Number 11 of 2020 on Job Creation and Government Regulation Number 7 of 2021 on the Facilitation, Protection, and Empowerment of Cooperatives, Micro, Small, and Medium-sized Enterprises, which provide opportunities for the growth of startups.Christina Agustin, A.Pi, M.M, Assistant Deputy for Information Technology Development and Business Incubation in the Entrepreneurship Division of the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (Kemenkop UKM), stated that USU has successfully generated innovative technology-based startups. PENGUMUMAN Nomor : 20047/UN5.1.R1/SPB/2024 TATACARA PENDAFTARAN ULANG MAHASISWA BARU PROGRAM MAGISTER (S2) DAN DOKTOR (S3) PADA SEMESTER GANJIL TA. 2024/2025 Bersama ini diberitahukan kepada seluruh calon mahasiswa baru yang diterima pada Jalur Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru Program Magister (S2) dan Doktor (S3) Semester Ganjil TA. 2024/2025 wajib melakukan daftar ulang dengan tata cara sebagai berikut: I. PENDAFTARAN ULANG Registrasi dan Submit Berkas dilakukan secara online pada web http://registrasi.usu.ac.id pada tanggal : 04 s.d 08 Juli 2024. Berkas yang akan diupload pada saat Registrasi online antara lain sebagai berikut : a. Pas Foto latar belakang putih dengan dimensi 400x600 piksel (maksimum 1 MB); b. Kartu Ujian asli Penerimaan Semester Genap Tahun 2024; c. Surat Pernyataan yang telah diisi dengan lengkap dan benar, ditempel materai Rp.10.000,-, dan telah ditandatangani (Form Surat Pernyataan dapat diunduh pada website http://registrasi.usu.ac.id); d. Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP); e. Ijazah dan transkrip nilai terakhir S-1 bagi mahasiswa Program S2 Ijazah dan transkrip nilai terakhir S-2 bagi calon mahasiswa Program S3; f. Akreditasi Program Studi Asal; g. Surat Bebas Narkoba dari Rumah Sakit Pemerintah; h. Surat izin belajar dari Instansi tempat bekerja (bagi yang sudah bekerja). II. PEMBAYARAN SPP 1. Verifikasi berkas dilakukan pada tanggal 09 s.d 10 Juli 2024; 2. Pembayaran SPP dengan Virtual Account dapat dilihat melalui http://registrasi.usu.ac.id pada tanggal 09 s.d 11 Juli 2024; III. PENGISIAN KARTU RENCANA STUDI (KRS) 1. Nomor Induk Mahasiswa (NIM) dan password untuk login Portal Akademik (https://satu.usu.ac.id) dapat diakses melalui https://registrasi.usu.ac.id. Portal Akademik tersebut digunakan untuk mengisi KRS online sehari setelah melakukan pembayaran UKT.&nbsp;2. Perkuliahan dimulai pada bulan Agustus 2024. Sebelum mahasiswa mengikuti perkuliahan, mahasiswa yang bersangkutan akan mendapatkan informasi mengenai jadwal kelas melalui fakultas masing-masing. 3. Apabila mahasiswa sudah memperoleh Nomor Induk Mahasiswa (NIM) maka Kartu Tanda Mahasiswa (KTM) sementara sudah dapat di printout secara mandiri melalui https://registrasi.usu.ac.id PERHATIAN: 1. SPP yang telah disetor Tidak dapat ditarik kembali. 2. Calon mahasiswa yang terlambat melakukan pelaporan sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah ditentukan, maka Kelulusannya dapat dibatalkan. 3. Calon mahasiswa harap mentaati seluruh jadwal yang sudah ditetapkan.
