USU PR- At the age of 29, the Faculty of Public Health (FKM) of the Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) held a morning apple with lecturers, staff, and USU FKM students and continued with the launching of the 29th USU FKM Anniversary. The activity took place at USU FKM on Monday (10/03/2022).

USU FKM Dean Prof. Dr. Dra. Ida Yustina, M.Si. said, USU FKM has aspirations to continue to improve and improve the quality of education and other aspects related to the tri dharma of higher education, namely research and service.

"We have aspirations to continue to improve, to continue to improve the quality of what we do in this case at USU FKM, namely providing education, and other aspects related to the tri dharma of higher education, namely research and service," she said.

Prof. Ida added that this anniversary celebration aims to provide motivation to increase the benefits to the community and improve the health status of the community.

"So we hope, of course, at the age of 29, USU FKM will be more mature, mature, and the community can feel its benefits," she said.

Ernawati Nasution SKM., M.Kes. as the Chairman of the Committee for the 29th USU FKM Anniversary, she hopes that USU's FKM will be more advanced in overcoming health problems, and also try to prevent health problems that exist in Indonesia, especially at the Universitas Sumatera Utara.

"Hopefully USU's FKM will advance in overcoming health problems and also try to prevent health problems that exist at the Universitas Sumatera Utara and throughout Indonesia," she said. (©ULC)
