USU PR - Secretary of Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) Prof. Dr. dr. Muhammad Fidel Ganis Siregar, M. Ked (OG), Sp. OG (K)-Fer attended the inauguration of Universitas Murni Teguh which took place at the Universitas Murni Teguh Auditorium on Friday, (12/08/2023).

Through a decree from the Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology approving the merger of STIKes Murni Teguh and Sekolah Tinggi Akuntansi dan Manajemen Indonesia (STAMI) into a new entity, Murni Teguh University.

Prof. Dr. Muhammad Fidel Ganis Siregar, M. Ked (OG), Sp. OG (K)-Fer on behalf of USU also congratulated and said the university would always support as a partner in working together to advance Indonesian education.

"We will certainly always be ready to collaborate to help Universitas Murni Teguh realize its vision and mission in making a major contribution to community development through the Tri Dharma of Higher Education," he said.

The USU Secretary revealed that USU is ready to establish cooperation, provide active support, and play a role in fostering and improving all universities in the Sumatra region, especially in North Sumatra.

"USU as the oldest university outside Java, is certainly ready to collaborate, support, foster, support all universities in Sumatra, especially in North Sumatra to improve even more," said Prof. Fidel.

Prof. Dr. dr. Muhammad Fidel Ganis Siregar, M. Ked (OG), Sp. OG (K)-Fer hopes that through the collaboration of USU and Universitas Murni Teguh, a greater role will be created in the educational process and the formation of the nation's intelligence.

"Hopefully with a good collaboration withUniversitas Sumatera Utara, we will certainly be able to play a greater role and educate the intelligence of the nation's children," he added
