USU Public Relations - The Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) Faculty of Vocational Studies held USU Healthy Vocation. On Saturday (17/12/2022), the USU Faculty of Vocational Studies had fun walks, free medical check-ups, jujitsu attractions, MJC training, traditional dance performances, and live music.

USU Healthy Vocation is an agenda that aims to build connections through communication with lecturers from other industries, students, and other faculties at USU, given that the Faculty of Vocational Studies is formed of many departments.

Dr. Muryanto Amin, S.Sos., M.Si, Rector of Universitas Sumatera Utara, highlighted in his remarks that establishing a vocation that will become a hub for improving student talents requires strong support from USU and the entire academic community. As a result, building an emotional bond between lecturers and students through USU Healthy Vocation activities is essential to achieve an effective teaching and learning process.

"Hopefully, this will lead to the growth of emotional bonds between lecturers, students, and partners, which will support afterward in the learning process. We anticipate that this Faculty of Vocational Studies will become a hub for student skill development in the coming years, "said the Rector of USU.

Drs. Gustanto M.Hum, Vice Dean III of USU's Faculty of Vocational Studies, expects that we will be able to hold art exhibitions and contests in the future. The entire academic community and faculty at USU are also anticipated to have a common perception to construct an excellent Faculty at USU in the future.

"Then, create events such as exhibitions, fashion displays, art competitions, singing, dancing, etc. Our aim is that there will be a shared understanding. Yesterday, we conducted faculty capacity building with the tagline "together, we develop the faculty." Vice Dean III stated
