The Master's Program in Notarial Law of Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) is a field of study focusing on civil law, particularly in creating legal documents and agreements between individuals or legal entities. This program has an important role in maintaining the validity and security of legal transactions and protecting the rights of individuals and legal entities. Established in 1971, this study program was originally known as the Notarial Specialist and became one of the oldest notarial master's programs in Indonesia outside of Java. The commitment of the USU Master's Program in Notarial Law is to create skilled human resources and experts in the field of notarial law.
Supported by qualified lecturers, students of the Master's Program in Notarial Law of Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) are expected to become the best graduates academically while applying the values of Pancasila and state law in practice. Graduates of the USU Master's Program in Notarial Law have the opportunity to follow in the footsteps of predecessors and alumni in becoming the best qualified notaries throughout Indonesia. Students who complete this study program will obtain a Master of Notary (M.Kn.) degree as proof of their expertise and understanding in the field of notarial law.
