Requirements IISMA
Document Requirements
Letter of Recommendation
A letter of recommendation signed by the Head of the International Affairs Office or the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs.
English Language Proficiency Certificate
Certificate of English language proficiency (IELTS/TOEFL-iBT/Duolingo).
Academic Transcript
Academic transcript in English.
Statement of Mobility
A statement declaring that the applicant has not previously participated in any physical/offline international mobility.
Drug-Free Statement
A statement declaring that the applicant is free from drugs and other addictive substances.
Statement of Non-Involvement in Sexual Violence
A statement declaring that the applicant has never been involved in any sexual violence.
Student Requirements
Registered as an active undergraduate (S-1) student at a state university under the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) throughout the application and program duration.
An Indonesian citizen residing in Indonesia and does not hold dual citizenship.
Currently enrolled in the 4th or 6th semester of undergraduate (S-1) studies at the time of application.
Maximum age of 23 years old in July of each program year.
Has never taken a semester leave during their course of study.
Has never participated in any physical international mobility activities, including Summer/Winter Programs, Internships, Exchanges, Credit Mobility, Sit-ins, and Dual/double degrees during the course of study.
Has a minimum GPA of 3.0 (out of 4.0), as evidenced by the latest academic transcript.
Has a satisfactory English language certification, such as IELTS – 6.0, TOEFL iBT – 78, and Duolingo English Test – 100*.
Nominated by the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs of their respective university.
Does not receive living expenses/stipends from Kemendikbudristek and the Educational Fund Management Institution (LPDP) during their participation in the program.
