For Students

• Direct involvement as teacher partners, school principals, and education personnel in the target schools in designing and implementing teaching strategies in schools.
• Contribute directly as agents of change in Indonesian education.
• Hone leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, communication skills, analytical thinking, creativity, and innovation directly from the field.
• Expand networking and build friendships with fellow students in the placement schools.

For Students

1. Active student status, both in academic and vocational programs
2. Enrolled in an accredited study program at either a State University (PTN) or a Private University (PTS) under the supervision of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology
3. Must be at least in the fourth semester during the implementation of the program in the even semester of the academic year 2022/2023
4. Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00
5. Upload the Letter of Integrity Pact
6. Obtain a Letter of Recommendation from the university's leadership, signed by the Vice Dean, at least
7. Upload the transcript of grades (cumulative GPA)
