Document Requirements

1. Curriculum Vitae

   There is no standard template for this document. However, please use the PDF file format. Students can create it according to their own creativity.

2. Academic Transcript

   The latest academic transcript. If the latest transcript is unavailable, please use the most recent transcript and update the document through the "Lengkapi Dokumen" menu in the student's account when a new transcript is available.

3. University Recommendation Letter

   A recommendation letter signed by the Rector/Chairperson/Director, Vice Rector/Vice Chairperson /Vice Director/Dean/Vice Dean, or other authorized officials in accordance with the provisions that apply in each university.

4. Letter of Absolute Responsibility (SPTJM)

   SPTJM (Surat Pernyataan Tanggung Jawab Mutlak) signed by the Rector/Chairperson/Director, Vice Rector/Vice Chairperson/Vice Director/Dean/Vice Dean, or other authorized officials in accordance with the provisions that apply in each university.

5. Photo/Scan of ID Card (KTP)

   Ensure that the scan result is clear and not blurry.

6. Organization Experience Certificates (optional)

   If you wish to attach multiple certificates, please merge them into a single PDF file with a maximum size of 5 MB.

Student Requirements

1. Students from all over Indonesia, regardless of race, skin color, sex, language, religion, and other socio-economic situations.

2. Students from all fields of study and campuses with any accreditation under the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology.

3. Active students at the D-2/D-3/D-4/S-1 levels or have not yet graduated and are willing to postpone graduation during the duration of the MSIB program, with the following semester requirements at the start of the MSIB program:

   1. D-2: minimum of 3 semesters

   2. D-3: minimum of 4 semesters

   3. D-4 and S-1: minimum of 5 semesters

4. Students’ data are registered in PDDikti, and there’s a consistency between the name in PDDikti and the name on their ID card (KTP).

5. Students with a National Student Identification Number (NISN) registered in Dapodik and verified in the Kampus Merdeka account.
