SU Appreciates the University Secretariat Work Unit's
According to the Secretary of the University, "the achievements of the parts of the Secretariat by Diktiristek will continue to be maintained and even improve the quality of the award that will be obtained in the future.
USU PR - Prof. Dr. dr. Muhammad Fidel Ganis Siregar, M. Ked (O.G.), Sp. O.G, Subsp. F.E.R., Secretary of the Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), led the routine morning ceremony attended by all USU Secretariat Staff in the courtyard of the USU Central Administration Bureau Building On Monday (15/05/2023).
The USU Secretary stated in his speech that the University Secretariat, which includes the Integrated Service Unit, Public Relations Office, Administration, and Archives Office, has a significant and strategic function in documenting important university papers.
The Secretary of the University also praised the USU Secretariat work unit, which had several accomplishments in 2023, namely the Office of Public Relations, Protocol, and Promotion, which was rewarded with the Silver Winner in the Video Profile category, the Bronze Winner in the Magazine category, and an award won through the S.P.S. Awards event for MATA USU Magazine.
Meanwhile, the Archives Office was named the best participant in the Technical Training for Dynamic Archive Management and obtained a certificate from the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia (ANRI) for being a National Archives Information Network Node member. Meanwhile, at the Diktiristek 2022 award, the Integrated Service Unit was named a silver winner (second place) in the ULT category.

Furthermore, the Administration department has organized and socialized e-Office and SISKA successfully. On June 22, 2023, the Administration intends to distribute communication and official manuscripts to all faculties and work units of USU. This operation is expected to remove any technical impediments in the administrative flow so that the Administration's performance is not hampered in the future.

Finally, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Fidel Ganis Siregar, M. Ked (O.G.), Sp. O.G, Subsp. F.E.R. expects that all elements of the USU Secretariat personnel will be able to operate efficiently by their tasks and functions to meet the performance targets set.
