USU Succeeds Hakordia 2022 in North Sumatra
USU itself is one of the universities that bears the title of Integrity Zone - Corruption Free Area (ZI-WBK) so that through activities towards the 2022 Hakordia commemoration, USU wants to contribute to eradicating corruption by implementing and promoting ZI-WBK.
USU Public Relations - Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) participated in and succeeded in the Opening of the Road to World Anti-Corruption Day (Hakordia) 2022 which was held at the Pemprovsu Multipurpose Building, Tuesday (11/29/2022).
Previously, North Sumatra was trusted by the Indonesian Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) to be the host to commemorate Hakordia 2022 in region I on November 29-30.
During the event, exhibition booths were lined up from various agencies and companies, one of which was USU.

Head of USU Public Relations, Promotion and Protocol Office Amalia Meutia, M.Psi., Psychologist said the USU exhibition stand provided information and promotion about USU then about USU Whistle Blower (WBS) website and lapor.go.id which can be used to report things things are not working as they should.
"Yes, today we are joining an exhibition held by the Provincial Government. Well, here we will provide various kinds of information related to the Universitas Sumatera Utara. One of them is how we can get information through various social media channels and the website," Amalia said.
Amalia Meutia, M.Psi., Psychologist hopes that through USU's participation in this exhibition, USU's branding can be increased in all aspects so that USU can be widely known by the public by promoting anti-corruption in the world.
"Yes, the hope is that through this activity, of course, we hope to further enhance USU branding, not only in the area of the academic community in the area of state universities, but also in all aspects and also the wider community so that USU is also known for participating in promoting anti-corruption in Indonesia,” she explained.
For information, at the opening of Hakordia 2022 which was held in North Sumatra with the theme Indonesia Restores Unites Against Corruption, was attended directly by Deputy Chairperson of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Alexander Mawarta, Acting Governor of Aceh Achmad Marzuki, Governor of Bengkulu Rohidin Mersyah, Governor of Jambi Al Haris, Governor Riau Syamsuar and others.
