Ditmawa USU Holds Training on Tracer Study Call Center
After the sense of belonging and responsibility is created, the tracer study operators have the expertise to build communication with alumni so that they can establish a balanced relationship between alumni and USU. With the tracer study, alumni can provide input to USU, whether about the study process, study method, or study material, according to the needs of society and industry.

USU Integrated Service Unit Socialises 43 New Services
In this socialisation, it was revealed that the Integrated Service Unit (ULT) services which were initially only 25 increased in number to 68 services. According to the University Secretary, this socialisation is essential because ULT plays a role as a front line barometer of stakeholders' satisfaction level.

USU Built an International Architecture Studio
This international studio was developed as one of the subsidiary programmes in the success of the USU Rector's slogan, Transformation Towards the Ultimate. Prof Poppy explained that the International Studio is envisioned as a place to transfer science and technology to improve competency in order to compete internationally.

USU Won Three Awards at Public Relations Indonesia Awards
PRIA 2023 was attended by 235 agencies with 837 entries. The entries spanned the categories of Owned Media, Digital Channel, Crisis Management, Annual Report, PR Program, PR Department, CSR Program, and PR Department. Furthermore, their work will compete for the highest trophy and appreciation, Platinum. There are sixteen judges assigned to conduct the evaluation.
