The Institute for Scientific Writing Innovation and Intellectual Property Rights (LIPIHKI) is an institute responsible to the Rector under the coordination of the Vice Rector III for Research, Community Service, and Cooperation. As an institute resulting from the rejuvenation and strengthening of existing units and working groups, LIPIHKI USU currently functions as a facilitator and developer to increase the quantity and quality of publications in reputable scientific journals that are nationally and internationally recognized and have intellectual property rights (IPR).
